To All Our Valued Customers:

Due to the changes/procedures with regards to clearing cargo through Customs, Island Care Couriers will be making changes that takes effect immediately.

Please be advised of the following:

–       Flight days will now be Tuesdays and Thursdays as of July 9th, 2019.

–       Cargo arriving on Tuesday will be ready for pick up on Saturday, as long as there aren’t any unforeseen delays, i.e., down time of Customs online system, power outages.

–       Cargo arriving on Thursday will be ready for pick up on Wednesday of the following week as long as there aren’t any unforeseen delays, i.e., down time of Customs online system, power outages.

–     If no invoices are sent, that is, emailed or hand delivered, to clear packages they will remain in Florida until invoices are produced.  Once invoices are provided to us, in turn, we will forward your name to our Florida office to have it shipped on the next scheduled flight.

–       Tracking numbers are required for invoices especially Amazon, Ebay, Alieexpress, Target, Walmart, JcPenney, Zulily as these companies usually ship orders separately. If the tracking numbers are not provided your package will remain in Florida as the correct/exact invoices is needed for clearing and billing purposes.
